- All types of coolant pumps are fitted with two pole squirrel cage induction motor RPM 2800 + 3% variation.
- Maximum fluid level from bottom of the flange for all sizes of coolant pumps 20mm.
- Coolant pumps operating in other voltages and frequencies can also be supplied on specific order.
- Discharge variation with in + 15%.
- Terminal box position rotatable by 90 ° or 180° around vertical axis of pumps.
- Conduit entry position of terminal box rotatable 90° or 180° around its horizontal axis.
- Filter at suction end available for all type of pumps as extra accessory.
- We offer import substitute coolant pumps.
GENERAL
These pumps are used on all machine tools performing TURNING, GRINDING, MILLING, DRILLING, CUTTING, SLITTING, And POLISHING Operations. In specific cooling of cutting tools and work piece by discharging Coolant at appropriate pressure and quantily.
CONSTRUCTION
It is in principal a centrifugal pump havingshaft built in with electric motor. The impeller is made of a special material of high resistence to abrasion . The large cross sectional area of the passage allow the supply of coolant pump without danger of congestion. The pumps are suitable for coolant having viscocity up to 150 centistokes and temperature up to 100°C.
ELECTRICAL MOTOR
It is a totally enclosed squirrel cage induction motor, suitable for 415 v , 50HZ , 3phase A.C. supply (Other voltages/Frequencies on request). The aluminum dia cast rotor along with shaft and impeller is dynamically balanced to achieve silent operation higher output motors are fan cooled. Insulation class ‘B’ protection – IP-44, voltage variation + 10%RPM-2800+3% , Rating (CONTINUOUS)

The pump and electric motor are matched precisely to obtain the LOW POWER CONSUMPTION.
